We want you to love your new furniture. Here’s how we get it to you and what happens if it’s not the right fit.
Delivery Policy
- Areas Covered: We deliver to most residential and business addresses within South Africa.
- Delivery Lead Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for in-stock items. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (estimated time will be provided at checkout).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the order.
- Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways, lifts, and stairways.
Returns & Refunds
- 14-Day Return Window: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, sale items, and assembled pieces (unless defective) are generally not eligible for return.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
